First Health treats minor injuries and illnesses when you can’t wait to see your regular doctor. In general, you’ll be seen sooner and pay less than you would at a hospital emergency room for many of non-emergent services. As an urgent-care facility, we are equipped to treat urgent, non-emergent health needs. In the case of a true emergency, you should still go to a hospital emergency room.
For the following conditions, urgent care can be faster, easier and less expensive:
- Sinus or ear infections
- Urinary tract infections
- Minor cuts
- Animal bites
- Sprains or broken bones
- General, “not-feeling-so-well” aches and pain
You should visit a hospital ER if you are experiencing any of the following:
- Chest pains
- Trouble breathing
- Sudden dizziness or weakness
- Severe abdominal pains
- Unstoppable bleeding
- Changes in vision
- Severe or persistent vomiting blood

- Headaches and dizziness
- Eye, ear and sinus infections
